Online Poker Tax

There seems to be a lot of mystery abou this subject. Many proponents of banning online poker in the US have offered a solution of taxation. This would allow the government to profit and regulate the game. There appears to be a new bill to require withholdings on any poker tournament prize over $500. I am not sure how that will be regulated and enforced online if at all. This is considering that Full Tilt Poker, Poker Stars, and Ultimate Bet all continue to still take US players.
